How to clean your hairbrush

Just like makeup brushes, your hair brushes should have a daily and monthly cleansing routine.

Daily: Take the end of a rat-tail comb and remove any hair caught up in the bristles. Do not be alarmed by the amount of hair lost. On average we lose about 100 hairs daily!

Monthly: Give your brushes a lukewarm bubble bath! The lukewarm water will be most gentle on the bristles yet warm enough to remove product buildup. Use your favorite shampoo and a toothbrush to scrub the base of the brush.

*To dry your brushes.. lay them on the their bristles overnight to allow water to drip off.
